After a distinguished career in internationally renowned restaurants, Chef Jorge Amores has returned home to lead our family restaurant. His innovative approach and dedication to culinary excellence have been recognized by the Repsol Guide, which praised his creativity, use of local products, and passion for high-quality cuisine.
